With a geographic footprint of 34 states, CrossAmerica Partners distributes branded/ unbranded petroleum for motor vehicles to approximately 1,800 locations and owns or leases over 1,100 sites.
Our Contract Specialist oversees administration of Wholesale Contracts and Commercial Real Estate Leases including document preparation, account setups and continued account management.
Additionally, this position works in tandem with the Real Estate Department, Legal Department, and Accounting Department on various administrative needs.
Key
Responsibilities:
Prepare Wholesale Contracts and Commercial Real Estate Leases based on pre-approved proposal terms (including amendments, letters, terminations, NDAs, etc.
) Assist with account setups, rent/tax collection and reconciliations Point of contact for customer requests and account inconsistencies Work in tandem with multiple other departments (Real Estate/Retail/Legal/Accounting) on various administrative needs Education &
Experience:
Associate/Bachelor degree from an accredited College or University or 3 years experience in an administrative role preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook/Excel) Experience with Dotloop, DocuSign or Yardi Voyager are a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities and deadlines Self-starter, inquisitive, and detail oriented Great benefits include:
