Gross McGinley is looking for a Bilingual Assistant to perform translation services for Spanish speaking clients and administrative office assistance.
This is a full or part time position.
No prior legal experience is required.

EOE Knowledge and
Responsibilities:
Communicate directly with clients and associates to provide translation services.
Provide translation services for attorney clients on and offsite.
Translation services for intake calls.
Able to travel to provide translation services.
Operates all office equipment as necessary to perform job.
Prepares correspondence, memoranda and other legal documents.
Perform outside deliveries to include post office, courthouse, vendors and clients.
Observes confidentiality of attorney-client relationship.
The firm may assign any other duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
1.
High School or equivalent 2.
Spanish:
Command of Spanish language, both written and verbal.
3.
Microsoft Office:
2 years 4.
Customer Service:
3 years 5.
Valid PA driver's license and own vehicle.
