Occasional night audit shifts may be required.
This a fast pace position.
Team work and experience is a must.
Duties include but not limited:
Handling correspondence Training new employees Taking phone calls Assigning tasks Make all the necessary decisions to ensure all hotel rules and policies are implemented.
They assist the hotel manager in ensuring the security of their guests and the entire hotel Include supervising employees during day to day tasks Providing customer support in escalated situations Managing the overall workflow of a workplace Monitor and provide feedback to managed staff to effect improvements and organizational goals Assist in interviewing applicants Assist managers and other staff Assisting all departments in operational and administrative support (breakfast, front desk, laundry, housekeeping and sales) Keeping cash count records Be involved in room sales and revenue Skills:
