The ideal candidate provides top notch customer service to our residents, while prioritizing and completing work orders in a timely fashion.

Experience in building maintenance Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing and electrical Efficiently handle resident service requests Excellent customer service skills Completion of work and repair orders in a timely fashion Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Assist with other areas of business demands as needed Property Maintenance Technician
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload and complete tasks in a timely manner Deadline and detail-oriented Job Type:
