Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing a variety of duties to provide quality nursing care to residents and to coordinate total nursing care for residents; coordinating work within the unit as well as with other departments and units; reporting pertinent information to the R.
N.
Nurse Manager or the Director, Nursing Services; responding to inquiries or requests for information; overseeing Nursing Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses in completing their assignments.
Provides support and consultation to residents' families to assist them in solving problem and meeting residents' personal needs.
Ensures an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity, and well-being of all residents in a safe, secure environment.
Education and
Experience:
Graduate of a comprehensive nursing program; current Pennsylvania license to practice as a Registered Nurse Current CPR certification Experience in LTC/geriatrics preferred but not required Phoebe offers a very competitive starting rate of pay combined with an excellent work environment.
