Conduct Move in/Move out , Routine inspections of properties to assess their overall condition, identifying any maintenance, safety, or code compliance issues.
Code Compliance:
Ensure that properties meet local, state, and federal regulations and building codes related to safety, health, and maintenance.
Safety Inspections:
Evaluate properties for potential safety hazards, such as fire hazards, electrical issues, or structural problems, and recommend corrective actions.
Documentation:
Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings, observations, and recommendations for repairs, maintenance, or improvements on HappyCo.
Communication:
Send scope of Work and collaborate and communicate with property owners, property managers, to convey inspection findings, discuss repair or maintenance plans, and address any concerns or questions.
