Eastern Surfaces, the area's innovative leader in the manufacturing of natural stone, quartz, and solid surface counter-tops, would like to hear from you.
We are seeking a Showroom Sales Associate to provide an excellent customer experience for those visiting the Eastern Surfaces showroom.

Primary responsibilities ? Through training, become knowledgeable and well-versed in the products displayed to confidently discuss and educate the customer on their options.
? Greet and assist customers in the showroom with project needs.
? Show slab and remnant inventory and complete Tagging process with customers.
Assist with customer sample requests.
? Complete appropriate paperwork:
Customer Worksheet, Sign-Offs, Material Tagging Form, Marble Policy, Remnant Policy, etc.
? Continue to build rapport with customer throughout selling process through communication of WIS quotes, phone calls, emails, and any additional showroom visits.
? Close walk-in retail sales complete with signed quote and deposit before submitting to Account Manager.
? Coordinate sales efforts with other departments as needed.
? Keep showroom neat and well-organized on a daily basis.
Replace samples and literature to their proper locations upon completion of customer interaction ? Assist with assorted office tasks as designated by management - filing, lead follow-up, etc.
? Incoming / outgoing emails ? Incoming / outgoing calls 2.
Secondary responsibilities ? Assisting front desk as needed ? Additional Tasks assigned by Management Salary is commensurate with experience.
