Seeking Skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician! The person in this position is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks including work orders and unit turns, maintaining the grounds, curb appeal, clubhouse, amenities, and other common areas.
Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Performs maintenance projects and tasks with minimal supervision consistent with Company policy and direction from the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager Make ready, unit turns and work orders -preventative maintenance repair Assist with all plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting Customer service for prospects, residents, vendors, and corporate departments Required Qualifications, Skills, And Experience Must have own tools One year industry or maintenance related experience preferred Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair with hands on experience Proven organizational and time management skills Valid driver license with reliable transportation Must be able to complete scheduled routine tasks quickly and efficiently, without supervision.
Must be available for an immediate start Carpentry experience required.
