Building walk off mats and runners will be vacuumed daily Damp dust where necessary.
Wipe clean reception area, security desk and lobby furniture.
Clean all entry door glass and spot clean all glass Wipe clean and disinfect all touch areas to include doorknobs, light switches, counter and tabletops, railings, etc.
Wipe clean the interior and exterior of all elevators to include doors, walls and call buttons.
Floors will be damped mopped.
Vacuum all public carpeted floors and spot clean as needed.
Remove all trash and waste from all public areas and wipe down container as needed, replacing plastic liners with the appropriate sized liner as furnished by the Client.
Inspect elevator tracks for loose items.
Clean and disinfect all bathrooms.
Wipe clean all counter tops and polish all bright work to include, but not limited to faucets, hand soap dispensers and flushometers.
Wipe clean all partitions paying particular attention to doors, toilet tissue dispensers, toilet seat cover dispensers, sanitary napkin disposal cans, etc.
Wipe clean and polish all mirrors.
Check each soap dispenser and report if empty.
Restock toilet tissue and hand towels.
Empty and clean all trash receptacles.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
