48 Community Services for Children (CSC) is seeking a Self-motivated individual for a rewarding career as an Innovation Lab Coach to Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate innovation lab environment within the context of the agency mission and philosophy.

Work Environment:
A $500 monetary incentive will be paid to newly employed Community Services for Children staff members.
The $500 payout will be paid upon successful completion of probation.

Responsibilities:
Implement digital media educational literacy to support the mental health and developmental needs of each enrolled child.
Comply with all innovation lab programming regulations, accreditation standards, and child development principles.
Provide a positive learning environment to guide children in developing self-regulation behaviors.
Provide technology and software support to education staff within the preschool environment.
Problem-solve operational issues in conjunction with IT staff to maintain the innovation lab capabilities.
Maintain a clean, orderly and safe learning environment.
Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in an Early Childhood Education or related field.
Three years' experience with pre-school children.
Two years' experience with information technology.
Strong computer, organizational and communication skills.
English/Spanish bi-lingual a plus.
Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
in order to assist children as needed and to move equipment and materials.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with individuals of varying economic, educational and cultural backgrounds.
