77/hour Community Services for Children is Seeking a Self-motivated individual with computer and administrative experience for a rewarding career as a Support Specialist.
The position is responsible for providing administration, customer, and computer support for Head Start (HS) and Early Hesd Start (EHS) programs.
We are a large, well-established, high performing organization located in the heart of the Lehigh Valley.

Work Environment:
A $500 monetary incentive will be paid to newly employed Community Services for Children staff members.
The $500 payout will be paid upon successful completion of probation.
Job
Responsibilities:
Collect program activity information, create monthly department director, and board committee reports.
Create program communications, presentations, reports, flyers, brochures, and graphs.
Enter and track weekly meal counts using Boonli management software system.
Support the process of creating and renewing community partner service coordination agreements, contracts and update Community Resource Book.
Serve as a liaison to LVH Department of Pediatrics Residency program to coordinate schedule of resident site training.
Provide management meetings, all staff meetings, preservice training, Policy Council and Head Start Board Committee meetings support.
Initiate and coordinate logistics (room reservations, refreshments, meeting notes, and correspondence).
Requirements:
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
High School diploma required.
Advance computer knowledge, experience and proficient working with computer management and reporting systems, and Microsoft Office programs Clerical related work experience.
Data entry experience.
