set-up, program, operation, and shutdown.
Read and interpret work instructions and electronic and printed documents and forms.
Plan and execute complex development projects in collaboration with engineers and other technicians and analyze resulting data.
Inspect product using microscope and electronic measurement equipment; identify defects and determine root cause of process related issues.
Identify and segregate Quality related issues.
Solder small components onto PCB's.
Solder under a microscope.
Perform rework.
Enter data into ERP system.
Suggest process improvements and cost reductions.
Follow clean room policies, practice 6S principles in order to maintain a safe, neat, and orderly workplace.
Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
AS or BS Degree in Engineering Minimum of two years of experience.
Familiar with various inspection tools and electronic test/measurement equipment.
Ability to solder under a microscope Familiar with SPC Knowledge of Printed circuit board.
MS Word and Excel Good communication skills Knowledge of reading and understanding standard operating procedures.
Ability to interpret prints and specifications.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to produce quality work under pressure - in a quick-turn environment Ability to skillfully utilize a microscope Knowledge of electronic component assembly onto circuit boards.
Working Conditions:
1.
Must be able stand and walk 50% of the day.
2.
Able to lift up to 40lbs.
3.
Able to sit, stoop, kneel bend and reach on a daily basis.
