Industrial Machine and Building Maintenance Assistant

Allentown, PA Allentown, PA Full-time Full-time $20 - $24 an hour $20 - $24 an hour Duties and Responsibilities You will perform preventative maintenance and emergency repair on shop equipment consisting of:
CNC Machines Water Jets Water Treatment System Cranes Forklifts Hand tools (Grinders, Polishers, Saws) Technical knowledge of electrical repair, plumbing, along with some knowledge of carpentry and general building maintenance is beneficial.
Welding experience and basic vehicle maintenance is preferred but not required.
The Industrial Machine and Building Maintenance Technician must maintain a safe work environment, satisfying OSHA requirements, and search for ways to improve the manufacturing process.
The employee must also perform other job related duties as may be assigned or required.
Job Requirements Must have 1 year experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs in a plant/manufacturing environment.
Ability to maintain / repair varied types of electrical equipment.
