super individuals who have enable us to achieve exceptional growth and we would like you to join our team! Due to our continuing growth, we are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Para Professional.
The Para Professional will handle the following responsibilities for multiple clients:
Proficient in the use of QuickBooks and Excel.
Enters and pays invoices accurately; aware of due date and correctness of invoice.
Aware of general ledger accounts and proper posting.
Posts and processes payroll correctly and understands payroll principles.
Controls cash and presents accurate cash report/balance.
Files sales and payroll tax returns.
Reconciles book to bank accurately.
Prepares journal entries for accrued financial statements.
Organized and detail oriented.
Positive attitude.
Qualifications should include:
Associates Degree or equivalent experience with an emphasis in accounting.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Ability to communicate with clients, vendors, and staff effectively.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work in a team and independently Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
