Easy Signs Inc Easy Signs Inc Allentown, PA Allentown, PA Full-time Full-time $24 an hour $24 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Position Summary The Dispatcher is responsible for performing duties of dispatch, maintenance, and inventory received in the warehouse, following the companies policies and procedures.
Unload, verify, and store deliveries received.
Prepare and complete daily orders for delivery or pick up, and verify all orders to be dispatched.
Responsibilities To have all jobs logged in by 2pm Report all late jobs including those that miss the designated time for the early couriers Proficient in MAC Ability to learn in-house programs Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) Detail oriented and ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills with an ability to respond to urgent matters quickly and work independently Good judgment skills Work closely with factory departments to ensure all jobs are on time Assist with sourcing new carriers as required Regular stocktake on stored jobs Report any faults or problems and work with the supervisor/manager to implement procedures to reduce issues in the department Maintain a close working relationship with all departments in the business Perform other duties as required by Print Production Manager Major KPIs Effectively manage warehouse activities.
Ensure effective management of receiving, storing, rotation, packing & unpacking goods Ensure accurate levels of inventory and labeling of products and consumables Manage WMS Effectively manage dispatch activities Ensure 100% accuracy in logging in items to dispatch and labeling of boxes.
Actively monitor Same Day courier orders to ensure they meet the 12pm deadline Actively monitor the items packed and ready for dispatch in each Production department Ensure all outstanding items due are logged into dispatch by 2pm Perform and contribute at a senior level Provide feedback and reports to management on performance, improvements or any matter deemed important.
Represents Easy Signs in a professional manner both internally and externally Promote the Easy Signs core values and culture throughout the Warehouse Team Knowledge Requirements An understanding of the business A high understanding of product range A high knowledge of all warehousing, receiving and stock management functions Personal Qualities & Traits Forklift License Can relate to all levels of the organization Attention to detail and accuracy Strong commitment to the position Be able to work as part of a team Problem solving skills Time management Basic excel and word Good communication skills Job Type:
