Luther Crest is a large Continuing Care Retirement Community with a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, along with a personal care community.
Luther Crest is seeking skilled and caring individuals to be part of Diakon's Many Hands One Heart team.
Employees are able to use Luther Crest's state-of-the-art Wellness Center including a fitness center, spa, and indoor heated Olympic-size pool.
General
Responsibilities:
Works with the Sales and Marketing Department to develop and manage plans to build and develop occupancy.
Extensive time spent in acute care settings within market region.
Acts as liaison among hospital, physicians, nursing homes, and community to resolve concerns, provide information, and maintain positive relationships.
Facilitates and directs the completion of admission paperwork by securing appropriate signed consents for admission.
Mandatory Covid-19 Vaccination Program-need covid vaccine card or file for an exemption.
Education/Training:
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Related degree preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of two years' experience in a health care setting and/or work as a hospital liaison required.
Familiarity with sales and marketing preferred.
