Perform general repairs that may include, but are not limited to, repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors, lights, locks, windows, screens, floors, gutters, and drains.
Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, window and door replacement, intermediate plumbing and electrical work.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, kitchen and laundry appliances, and related systems.
Qualifications:
2
years of experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportationMust be able to pass an MVR checkMust have a modern smartphone to complete daily work tickets via mobile deviceMust own tools for the job (basic hand tools required)Independent thinker and troubleshooterAble to read and understand written instructions in EnglishPI226920880 Recommended Skills English Problem Solving Transportation Management Mobile Device Management Construction Toolkits Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
