Experience:
Min.
2-3 years maintenance experience in residential buildings.
Position:
5 days per week (Mon-Fri), occasional weekend work, plus on-call assignments every third weekend for emergency calls.
Skills:
carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall install/repair/paint, install vinyl plank flooring, strong experience with all necessary hand and power tools.
Must own basic job tools and have the ability to climb ladders.
Qualities:
Must be punctual, detail-oriented, conscientious, responsible, friendly, team player with clean & meticulous work habits.
This is a customer-service oriented position with a lot of interaction with tenants.
Driving:
must have valid driver's license, good driving record.
Education:
high school diploma or equivalent.
Language:
English - both written and verbal.
Salary:
competitive hourly rate plus health, dental & vision benefits, extra pay for on call hours, vacation and sick days.
