Did we mention you'll have a set schedule Monday-Friday from 8:
30am-5pm at our Allentown, PA headquarters? Although the position is routine, having a love for technology and an understanding of our customer impact will keep your eye on the prize.
As an entry-level role, you'll have opportunities to cross-train and grow into other positions (if you want to) as we are the premier measurement solutions company in the northeastern United States.
What you'll do Working alongside the Inventory Manager, under the direction of the Operations Manager you'll be shipping and receiving product daily.
As a small team of 3 in a location with just 25 people, in the little downtime you'll have as the Warehouse Associate you could also help in other areas of the business such as the front desk, showroom or service department.
Although you will be able to cross-train, in this position, day-to-day you can expect to:
Receive, pick, pack, and ship orders ensuring products are delivered on time, accurately, and in good condition Use computer systems such as Sage, Zendesk, UPS and FedEx hubs, and Teams to maintain accurate inventory and shipping records Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, making suggestions and changes as needed Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations Assist with other duties as needed What you need to thrive in this role At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role, preferably in a retail, e-commerce, or small business environment Basic computer skills to work within our systems daily Ability to work independently and as a team, hold yourself accountable and be adaptable to change Willingness to cross-train into other areas of the business A love for technology is a plus!
