Qualifications:
At least intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word to include such tasks as scheduling appointments, sorting basic data, creating professional correspondence, and other tasks.
May include a proficiency test to demonstrate the Microsoft Office qualification.
Additional Scope for Environmental Services:
Maintaining staff schedules.
Delegating work assignments under the direction of department leadership.
Liaison with resident care units and other departments regarding environmental needs.
May temporarily act as a lead in the absence of department leadership under defined parameters setup by departmental leadership.
May include occasional weekends and holidays.
