Requirments Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the service department.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
Assist experienced Service Advisors in conducting vehicle inspections and diagnostics.
Learn to explain service recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical and customer service skills.
Learn about Lexus products, services, and warranty information.
Collaborate with the service and parts teams to ensure efficient and timely completion of vehicle services.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle service.
Accurately record and update service information in the dealership's DMS system.
Prepare service estimates and invoices.
Assist in scheduling service appointments based on customer preferences and service availability.
Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic understanding of automotive systems and components.
Interest in learning about Lexus vehicles and their features.
Proactive and eager to learn.
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as part of the training program.
Present a professional and polished image to customers.
