PATHS, LLC is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team at the Allentown, PA office.
Duties Include:
Greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate destinations Answering incoming phone calls and redirecting to appropriate personnel Conducting inventory of office supplies Applying postage, sorting, and handing out mail Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Bilingual Spanish/English Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal Detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast pace environment Working knowledge of Microsoft applications:
Outlook, Word, and Excel Applicant must pass a criminal background check and drug screen prior to start.
Minimum high school diploma or GED is also required.
