Responsibilities and Duties Build long-lasting relationships with Service Coordinators and additional referral sources Assist with onboarding Home Health Aides and scheduling them with clients Conduct caregiver payroll once a week Accept/decline cases given authorizations by external Service Coordinators and other referral sources Answer phones in an energetic and positive manner, - you are the face of our company! Respond to all email inquiries for new clients from referral sources Provide the highest level of customer service to all clients, potential clients and Home Health Aides at all times Work with the management team on remaining compliant with all client and Home Health Aide documentation Report new or lost cases to management Handle all necessary documentation required for onboarding new clients and staff Grow weekly hours billed and retain clients and staff Market the company and services in a professional, friendly manner - we are here to assist their needs!
