Unit Sales Manager

The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for the direction and oversight of all unit activities including developing a team of independent career agents as well as managing all administrative activities within a given territory.
Act as the Insurance Sales Manager for the branch sales office.
Key Job Responsibilities Meet or exceed defined sales and recruiting goals Identify, develop, and manage mid-level managers Manage team of independent career agents that receive award-winning virtual training, flexible and remote scheduling, and industry-leading bonus programs Develop and implement sales growth strategies Lead, direct, and manage local administrative support/recruiting teams Ensure the service needs of local policyholders are met Create performance plans for sales team and career development plans for administrative team Participate as an active member of the leadership team Benefits Requirements Insurance license and experience required Highly ethical and customer service oriented to build trust with clients Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive and friendly attitude Desire to achieve success both for yourself and others Must reside in the State the job is listed Recommended Skills Administration Communication Customer Service Establishing Trust Ethics Friendliness Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
