Job Profile Summary The Reporting and Data Management Analyst - Access Center will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of relevant dashboards/reports that meet business users' needs and provide actionable insights.
This role will collaborate with technology and data analytics stakeholders to identify and understand data assets/sources and appropriately utilize in report development.
This role will maintain and deploy new and/or updated reporting deliverables related to the Access Center.
We are exclusively considering applications from candidates residing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, particularly those in close proximity to St.
Luke's University Health Network locations.
JOB DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Identifies reporting needs by participating in key meetings and regularly consulting with operational owners.
Serves as lead in defining metrics/KPIs, developing standard definitions, and establishing performance targets.
Maintains a repository of relevant documentation of Access Center dashboards, reports and scorecards, and regularly assesses usage and effectiveness.
Regularly works with appropriate technology product and system owners to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
Monitors reporting identifies trends and/outliers, and provides regular status reports/insights to the Director, Performance and Quality Management.
Participates in committees and project teams, as appropriate, providing data and other support to team members; and assisting in development/improvement of departmental processes.
Maintains working knowledge of the SLUHN ecosystem of tools, data assets and technologies, as appropriate.
Assists in training content development as well as training administration of reports to end-users.
Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Sitting for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; standing for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; walking for up to 2 hours a day, 1 hour at a time.
Requires hand and finger dexterity to perform repairs of small equipment and to use computer equipment.
Seeing as it relates to general, near, color and peripheral vision.
Hearing as it relates to normal and telephone conversations.
EDUCATION:
High School diploma required.
Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:
Minimum of 2-4 years of previous report writing and data analysis experience required.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications, database applications, and report writing tools (SQL-based, Crystal Reports, or similar) required.
Demonstrated experience with data lakes and cloud-based data management solutions (Azure Data Lake and related services) required.
Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) required.
Ability to work from home in accordance with the Network Work from Home Policy if needed.
