This candidate needs to excel in the following areas:
Organization - Database Management, System Development, Ability to Balance Multiple Tasks Accessibility - Easy to contact, responsive Proficiency in Computers/Technology - Social Media, Email, Excel, Word, etc.
Learning based - Willing to learn & develop systems Innovative - Excited to share new ideas and discuss with team Growth Minded - Willing to learn and grow as a person and a professional Well-spoken - A good communicator, professional & polite on the phone & in person Work Ethic - Highly Motivated, Positive Attitude, Punctual, Career-minded & a willingness to work hard The starting wage will be HIGHLY competitive (experienced-based), with generous bonus incentives, merit-based raises, & multiple opportunities for advancement as we grow together.
