Summary:
Pyramid Healthcare Drivers are a core component of exceptional behavioral healthcare service delivery.
Our drivers are the first face our patients see when entering our care and they're the last face our patient's see when leaving our care.
Drivers are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and safe, caring transport for all patients.
Drivers transport patients to and from clinical services, ancillary and support services.
Other responsibilities include vehicle cleaning and sanitation to ensure a safe transport environment for both patients and staff.
Shift:
Tuesday - Saturday 8:
00am - 4:
00pm or Wednesday - Saturday 9:
00am to 5:
00pm Sunday - Thursday 10:
00 am to 6:
00pm EDUCATION/
Experience:
Preferred high school diploma or GED equivalent Prior experience in hospital or behavioral healthcare environment, patient care, and/or transportation is a plus.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION:
Active valid driver's license CPR course required within 30 days of hire Completion of various safety trainings upon hire
Essential Functions:
Transports patients to and from behavioral healthcare services Maintains a safe environment for patients, self, and co-workers Communicates to team, co-workers, and patients in a positive and professional manner Takes initiative to deliver the best customer service, even during times of stress Knowledgeable of all aspects and functionalities of the client transportation system Provides appropriate safety oversight and monitoring for all clients while in transport SKILLS/

Good communication skills to interact with all patients and staff Ability to follow oral and written instructions Requires frequent extended transports Must be able to sit for long periods Excellent customer service skills WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Contact with patients under wide variety of circumstances Possible exposure to patient elements Handles emergency or crisis situations Subject to many interruptions and pressure to multiple calls and inquiries Occasionally subject to irregular hours Handles absentee replacement on short notice Personal protective equipment (masks) required when transporting patients Total Rewards:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
