Summary:
As a Courier at Metz Environmental Services, you will be responsible for transporting items, documents, and packages to designated locations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Key
Responsibilities:
Safely transport medical items within and outside the hospital premises Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups Adhere to established protocols for handling sensitive materials Collaborate with staff to fulfill urgent delivery requests Perform other department tasks as assigned by the manager, including project work and shift coverage
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record Prior experience as a Courier or delivery driver preferred Excellent knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs Ability to work independently and follow instructions Punctuality and reliability Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity Ability to operate a delivery vehicle safely Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
