Our accounting department has a written and step-by-step career path, there is no better time to grow with us! This position is full time, Monday-Friday with day-time hours.

Pay invoices and process outgoing payments in compliance with the company's policies and procedures Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies Prepare bank deposits Participate in quarterly and annual audits Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed Qualifications include but are not limited to:
Associates or bachelor's degree in related field required Experience in the industry is welcomed but not required - we will train the right candidate! Strong attention to detail Ability to perform basic math With 42

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
