Summary:
Responsible for supporting the office and production areas in administrative duties including but not limited to the following Requirements:
Answering all incoming calls and funnel them to the appropriate parties Accepting and distribute all incoming mail and ensures that the outgoing mail is picked up at the scheduled time Participates in the invoicing process Performs data entry for special projects, updating sales data base, Pulls Invoices for Accounts Payable and mail checks Enter orders- (Data Entry & Customer Service experience necessary) Files documents--Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment Working knowledge of MS Office-- Working knowledge of general office equipment Organized and a self-starter Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents Job Type:
