Job Description:
Each Project Coordinator is expected to handle numerous projects (some projects may have multiple charge codes), but the workload will be determined by project size and may vary.
Project Coordinator tasks will include the following but may increase over time:
Monthly Capital and O&M project Forecast Monthly Resource Forecast Monthly Variance Analysis and Reporting End of Month Accruals Financial Template Input / Submissions Weekly Time Charge Check, Weekly Invoice Checks Confirmation of Actual Time to Forecast Portfolio/Department Project Budget, Actual and Forecast Reporting and Maintenance Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.
