Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed - Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and databases - Assist with office tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining supplies - Manage office phone systems, including routing calls and taking messages - Assist with event planning and coordination as needed - Utilize computer skills to complete various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team -Most be Bilingual (Spanish and English ) Note:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
