PATHS LLC is seeking an ED Financial Navigator to work on behalf of our client facility(ies) in Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)-Cedar Crest.
Duties Include:
Assist patients in applying for medical assistance Counsel patients in navigating through medical bills, insurance benefits, and financial resources available Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Train in our Allentown, PA office Bilingual; English to Spanish Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and car insurance Experience working in healthcare facility, insurance billing, Medicaid eligibility, or social work preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal Trustworthy, detail and goal oriented, organized Comfortable working in a hospital environment Working knowledge of Microsoft applications:
Outlook, Word, and Excel Physical Exam, PPD screening, and immunization records are also required.
COIVD vaccine required.
Minimum high school diploma or GED is also required.
Work schedule:
Monday - Friday 5:
00pm - 10:
