Summary:
The executive administrator is responsible for supporting the work of OAA Orthopaedic Specialists' executive leadership team by providing day-to-day support.
In addition, the administrative assistant will serve as a liaison for company functions/needs as well as support the physicians and leadership of OAA in tasks as directed by the administrative team.
Essential Functions:
Answers, screens, and responds to inbound phone calls.
Directs callers to appropriate staff member Meets and greets visitors and directs to appropriate area or person Maintains meeting room reservation calendar Performs general clerical duties as requested from Executive Team staff and supports the HR department in daily work Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations for physicians Coordinates recruitment meetings/activities/dinners for prospective providers in conjunction with the CEO Tracks physician time off.
Reviews physician monthly schedules and call schedules for conflicts.
Conducts research and compiles statistical reports.
Signs for and distributes UPS/Fed Ex packages.
Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail.
Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
Orders and maintains supplies, arranges for equipment maintenance.
Oversees catering and daily lunch orders.
Assists Human Resources with scheduling students and residents for rotations and/or observing in medical practice.
Assists Human Resources in arranging both internal and external events, training programs and conferences arranging for facilities, caterer, issuing invitations, and coordinating speakers if needed.
Assists the Executive Team with projects as needed.
Facilitates form and business card orders as requested.
Communicates with vendor for the ordering and cleaning of lab coats.
Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Credentialing experience Prior experience in hospital or medical practice business office role Certificates, Licenses, Registrations None required Skills and Abilities Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and Internet use Detail oriented with above average organizational skills Ability to plan and prioritizes to meet deadlines Excellent customer service skills; communicates clearly and effectively Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
