As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
This is a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.

Primary Responsibilities - Input and maintain customer purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate various customer reports such as Inventory, Needs reports, Component Shortage reports, and stability reports.
- Create and maintain customer item numbers and Bill of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system (Syteline).
- Conduct daily data maintenance tasks within the ERP system to ensure data integrity.
- Update, track, and file forms including Micro/Stability waivers, item transfer forms, and material scrap forms.
- Pack out and ship samples for prospects and customers promptly and efficiently.
- Input and communicate customer shipping requests accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Account Managers & Account Specialists to address and resolve customer Desired Qualifications - People-centered mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Friendly and outgoing demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to navigate evolving priorities and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for document management and reporting tasks.
