The Coordinator, Building Operations serves as the primary point of contact for operational related issues to the network's St. Luke s Center facility.

JOB DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for budget oversight and analysis related to SLC property management, ensuring financial resources are utilized effectively

  • Act as the central point of contact for SLC building-related issues, inquiries, and emergencies

  • Coordinate and communicate with building management, maintenance, janitorial, and security personnel to address and resolve building concerns promptly

  • Oversee maintenance tasks, repairs, and renovations in collaboration with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders

  • Oversee and coordinate comprehensive scheduling initiatives for the conference and training rooms, ensuring alignment with the needs of all stakeholders

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and schedule rooms accordingly

  • Implement and maintain a centralized scheduling system to optimize conference and training rooms utilization at SLC

  • Generate detailed reports on conference and training room utilization, providing valuable analytics to optimize space efficiency

  • Develop and implement performance metrics, offering in-depth reporting and analytics on conference and training room efficiencies to guide informed decision-making and strategic improvements

PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:

Requires walking for up to 8 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; standing for up to 8 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; sitting for up to 8 hours per day, 4 hours at a time. Frequent fingering, handling and twisting and turning. Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull and hold approximately 30 pounds. Occasional reaching above shoulder level, bending, crouching, climbing stairs and ladders up to 30 feet and climbing stairs. Hearing as it relates to normal conversation. Seeing as it relates to normal vision, perceiving objects, scenery and print.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor s degree in business, engineering, sciences, real estate or facilities management, administration or related fields with emphasis on operations management required.
