We fail fast and believe that getting it wrong is often a first step towards getting it right.Key Responsibilities o Lead some project management aspects of design projects, such as work focus each sprint, team member allocations, and overall status. o Co-manage design workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of projects. o Facilitate collaboration between UX designers, researchers, and cross-functional team members to create cohesive and innovative design solutions. o Co-develop and maintain project timelines and scopes, adapting plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. o Collaborate closely with our UX Design Teams to write and refine UX briefs and UX Work Plans. o Adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain high-quality standards under tight deadlines.Basic Qualifications o Bachelor's Degree (or 5
years experience) in Design, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. o Minimum of 3 Years of Experience in a design operation, project management, or a similar role within a design or creative team. o Strong Knowledge of Design Processes and methodologies, including an understanding of how to optimize workflows for design teams. o Experience with Project Management Tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Project Online, etc.) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.). o Exceptional Organizational Skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. o Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to different stakeholders. o Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically. o Ability to work flexibly, including outside standard office hours, to support executive needs.Preferred Qualifications o Design Agency
Experience:
