Must speak fluent English and Spanish Experience in Home Care or similar Experience in supporting high-volume calls, recruitment, and scheduling Must have exceptional administrative and customer service skills Must be detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional projects Self-starter with the ability to work independently Must be tech savvy such as Microsoft Office and Scheduling Platforms
Responsibilities:
Manages phone calls in a supportive manner Scheduling for staff and caregivers Assist with the required compliance items of caregivers Maintains patient confidentiality and privacy with dignity and respect Assisting the office team and clients as needed Efficiency in working alongside Field Service Coordinator and Marketer to best understand case to case patient needs for scheduling qualified caregivers Schedule:
8 hour shift Monday to Friday (8am-4:
30pm) No weekends Job Type:
