They have completed over 2,000 major projects with over One Billion in Completed Construction. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will oversee the construction site management, ensure construction safety, manage budgets, project manage timelines, manage subcontractors, and maintain quality assurance and control throughout the construction project.Qualifications Strong knowledge of construction site management, construction safety, and quality control Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractors Proven experience with project management Experience in commercial construction, specifically with multimillion-dollar projects Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Ability to ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA regulations, and other safety requirements Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with green building practices, experience with various contract types (e.g. design-build, cost-plus, etc.), and experience working with client representatives, engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
