We are seeking a Salon Receptionist to join our team.
As a Salon Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.
Your organizational skills and friendly demeanor will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our salon.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar - Provide information about salon services, products, and promotions - Assist clients in selecting the right products for their needs - Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures - Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable Skills:
