Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our outpatient imaging facility.
The position is full-time Monday through Friday with Saturday rotation.
Hours are Mon-Thurs 11:
30 am - 8:
00 pm, Fri 9:
00 am - 5:
30 pm and Saturday rotation 8:
00 am - 4:
00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel - Complete registration and order process - Verify patient insurance information and process payments - Maintain electronic medical records accurately - Assist with administrative tasks as needed Requirements:
- Basic computer and multi-line telephone skills - Performs all aspects of the registration process efficiently - Knowledge of medical office procedures and practices - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail - Strict adherence to HIPAA Education &
Experience:
