Position Description:
We are seeking a Contents Restoration Administrator to join our Contents division.
This person is responsible for tasks related to customer calls, project monitoring, tracking, coordination, estimate, and project audit.
General office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports are also included within this role.
This individual reports directly to the Contents Division Manager.
Compensation:
A Base Salary of $55,000 Summary of
Responsibilities:
Assist with customer service and management of the customer experience Assist with scheduling all warranty activities Enter lead/jobs into the operating system and make sure all information in the project is correct Educate customers on process Review and validate project file documentation Maintain customer and client communications Ensure all paperwork is complete with customer and client Ensure estimates are distributed to all necessary parties Update project schedule and timeline Assist identifying and qualifying resource providers Maintain internal and external communications Prepare project reports Upon project completion review file documentation and update as necessary Perform project close-out All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise.
SERVPRO Franchise employees are not employed by, jointly employed by, agents of, or under the supervision or control of Servpro Franchisor, LLC, in any manner whatsoever.
