Registered Nurse (RN) Pennsylvania
Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-time/Part-time (every other weekend)
Allentown and Topton, PA locations available
Responsibilities:
- Manage post-acute and rehabilitation patients, utilizing physical assessment skills and nursing principles.
- Evaluate resident conditions, gather data, and assist in developing resident care plans.
- Maintain electronic health records and document observations as required by regulations.
Requirements:
- Current State RN license.
- Minimum 1 year experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or post-acute skilled care preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- ADA:
Ability to perform physical tasks and possess visual and auditory skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
