Collaborates with Regional Director of Operations, Administrator and Corporate Director of Market Development to stay abreast of all corporate and regional sales/marketing programs, to develop and implement local sales plans and to coordinate with operational and clinical leadership to ensure extraordinary customer service and fulfill Heartland promises. Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, coaching, managing and discipline of the sales team for their assigned locations(s). This position services the Greater Lehigh Valley.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications or related health field from an accredited institution required or RN.
Position Requirements:
A minimum of three years in sales, marketing or related field required; health care and supervisory experience preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
