SCOPE OF WORK
Position Summary
This contractor position is for an Application Hosting Data Analyst in Allentown, PA.
The candidate will support milestone-level planning related to key application hosting projects, gathering data related to technology
SCOPE OF WORK
Change / performing analysis on that data / providing reports using MS Office to aid in communication around the improvement metrics, data gathering and analysis related to resource planning for multiple projects and a fixed set of resources, and coordination of team logistics related to application hosting activities.
Primary Responsibilities and Requirements
1. Work in a team environment to provide support for data-driven
processes and activities within the Hosting, Cloud Services and
Network team.
3. Support manager in gathering data to aid in resource allocations
to various work projects needed to be supported by the team.
4. Collaborate with various technical leads to gather data related to
application hosting technologies and generate reports used to support
benefits realization discussions.
5. Leverage basic MS Excel and MS Project skills to support manager
in identifying team deliverables and related key milestones, enabling
more detailed planning to be performed by other team members within
the context of this milestone planning.
6. Build partnerships with internal customers and collaborate with
vendors, consultants, and other ISD personnel.
Basic Qualifications (driven by right-to-hire requirement)
1. BS or BA in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or Other Technical
Field; or non-technical BS/BA with 6 or more years of relevant IT
experience.
Additional Qualifications
1. Experience with MS Office and MS Project.
2. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
3. Effective oral and written communications regarding complex
subjects to individuals and with groups, including senior management.
4. Ability to effectively summarize issues, options and recommendations.
5. Ability to perceive relationships among problems and issues; to
analyze and synthesize information; to devise alternative solutions
to resolve problems.
6. Effectively conduct meetings and interviews with customers,
consultants, contractors, and peers.
