Role Qualifications:
Oversees, develops, maintains, and implements procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the organization.
Monitors programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintains in-depth working knowledge of Our client's systems and processes.
Sets performance standards to meet service goals of company. Coaches management Team in order to achieve high performance. Structures the training agenda for department members.
Sets standards and performance metrics, and administers the growth, productivity and profitability of all business units.
Provides feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns; Provides feedback to Operations team to ensure all customers have accurate and timely information on order status and/or changes.
Works continually towards self-development to stay current on customer service, sales, fulfillment and supervisory procedures & practices.
Build strong relationships with customers for new business development opportunities.
Manage training, retention and performance of the service team.
Develop strategies, procedures and policies for the efficient handling of customer correspondence and customer complaints.
Collaborate with sales and marketing team to maximize revenues and customer loyalty.
Continually develop customer relationship skills of staff, emphasizing responsiveness, delighting customers, professional appearance, communication skills and attitude.
Maintain good relations with vendors and sub-contractors; including an involvement with issues such as pricing, performance, reliability, and availability.
Analyze profitability and effectiveness of HVAC Services Field Personnel/Service Technicians and assist in day to day operations as required and training of all HVAC Services Field Personnel/Service Technicians, Dispatch, and customer service.
Provide annual Performance Appraisals, sets IDP's in motion for management team.
Perform other duties as required and/or directed by President, Advisory board
Essential Work Skills Required:
Strong business leader
History of growing revenue and profitability
Solid technical aspect of HVAC and is a business manager with sales drive and aptitude to grow the business
Ability to create and manage processes
Holds regular meetings with staff to review challenges, opportunities for growth and development;
Customer service systems development and deployment.
Problem analysis and problem resolution at a functional level.

Educational requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree; HVAC Technical School
- 8 + years Operations Experience
- 2+ years HVAC experience
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid driver's license and a clean MVR
- Must be able to pass a drug screen

Compensation:
Highly attractive compensation package including profit sharing

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
