The Senior Scientist will be responsible for increase sales through existing product improvements and new product introduction while minimizing costs and meeting food safety and quality concerns.
Qualifications:
-BS in food science, chemistry, or food engineering; culinary knowledge or training a plus
-5
years of experience in food product development
-Knowledge of food safety in refrigerated foods
-Nutritional and labeling knowledge
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-US CITIZEN/PERM RESIDENTEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
