Roofing Supervisor
123 Exteriors, a National licensed, bonded and insured restoration contractor, is now hiring for a Roofing Supervisor in the Allentown area. The ideal candidate will have strong management and analytical skills, great attention to detail and a background in the construction industry.
Must live and be willing to travel within the Allentown area and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
PAY:
Full-Time
$30-35,000 a year base salary (DOE)

JOB DUTIES:
Work with the company's trade crews to ensure efficient and timely work is being conducted
Ensuring implementation and adherence to OSHA guidelines
Monitor quality standards of the products and company's services
Monitor and review the performance of trade crews
Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination of job production and materials between customers, suppliers, Sales Representatives, General Managers and office
ADDITIONAL
Qualifications:
Should know common roofing, siding and gutter remodeling methodologies and understand other technical aspects of the construction industry
Past experience working in the construction industry a plus
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic that demonstrates enthusiasm, persistence and a solid customer service
Proficient computer skills including MS Outlook and the Internet
A self-starter with exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task
Ability to work indoors and outdoors, and stand or sit for extended periods of time
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and decision-making ability
Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of management
Resourceful team-player with the ability to also work independently
Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
