My name is Casey and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Construction Field Controls Lead for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Allentown, PA. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:
The FCL is responsible for developing and implementing cost and scheduling systems for the entire project execution cycle, including initial internal and external engineering and design stage, equipment procurement, field construction and facility commissioning and startup. This includes establishment of original schedule baselines, and managing and coordinating engineering, design, procurement and major construction progress against agreed baselines. Also will require cost management, schedule analysis, variance management, invoicing, reporting and other schedule control functions throughout the project cycle.

Work on projects in home office and the field while contributing to functional aspects of overall Project Controls
Develop and implement project control / services execution strategies
Ensure computerized systems for cost control analysis are in place and utilized as intended for the work.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 planning and scheduling tools a must.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
