Part-Time Assistant (-/Hour)

Our client is a growing insurance agency in the Lehigh Valley and is actively hiring a P/T Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Things to know about this role
- This is a part-time role working about 20 hours
- This is a permanent position
- NO benefits with this role
Duties:
Provide daily administrative support to daily insurance producer, including:
- Process, manage and maintain insurance forms
- Generate correspondence
- Interface via phone and email
- Heavy data entry
Required:
2-5 years of administrative experience
Strong time management skills
Detail oriented
Insurance experience, Life & Health license is a plus
Programs:
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
